Terms and Conditions

Participation in Dubai Vacation Homes Referral Scheme is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions:

• Dubai Vacation Homes ‘refer and reward scheme’ only applies to participants based in the UAE.
• The referral incentive is not transferable.
• The referral incentive detailed in this scheme is a gross payment paid by Cheque upon receipt of an invoice. Dubai Vacation Homes are not responsible for any taxes, as required by law, arising from the provision of the referral incentive.
• Dubai Vacation Homes reserves the right to substitute an incentive of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
• Employees of third parties are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme and any invoice must be sent by a self-employed individual or business.
• Employees of Dubai Vacation Homes are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme.
• The referral fee will not apply for an existing owner already letting with Dubai Vacation Homes; for a change of ownership in a property previously letting with Dubai Vacation Homes; or where the owner was letting with Dubai Vacation Homes in the previous 12 months.
• If the referral incentive is not invoiced within 90 days of the referred property signing a Dubai Vacation Homes letting agreement, Dubai Vacation Homes reserves the right to withdraw the incentive.
• Properties can only be referred to Dubai Vacation Homes once. If a property is referred to Dubai Vacation Homes more than once, only the first referrer will be eligible for a referral incentive under this scheme. Dubai Vacation Homes reserve the right of judgment and all decisions are final.
• Dubai Vacation Homes accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the incentive for reasons beyond its control.
• Dubai Vacation Homes makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the incentive.
• To the extent permitted by law, Dubai Vacation Homes is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the scheme or acceptance of the incentive.
• To be eligible for the referral payment, the referred property must have been sold within 6 months prior to the letting agreement being signed.
• Employees of third parties are not eligible to participate in the referral scheme. Any invoices must be received from a self-employed individual or a business owner.
• The referral fee will be paid when the property is made available for letting on Dubai Vacation Homes websites.
• Dubai Vacation Homes reserves the right to terminate the referral scheme at any time.
